Mr.Maged is A decisive and persuasive legal Manager and legal consultant with 15 years of widespread general practice and experience, able to move between litigation and other legal solicitation work in civil, commercial, criminal, Labor, and arbitration law as well as property transactions.

• Dispute resolution experience including but not limited to drafting statements of claim and defense, attending experts’ meetings, filing execution cases and debt collection…  .Reviewing and studying the case file in detail in order to get fully aware of all aspects involved and related to the case.
• Drafting and reviewing all types of pleading, statements, and correspondence, following up judicial hearings, and attending arbitration hearings .
• Preparing detailed synopsis, strategies, legal opinions on the case and finding laws or similar court decisions related to pending cases; interpreting laws or legislation; explaining government laws or regulations; analyzing data, legal questions, and existing evidence or facts; writing legal documents.
• Drafting all kinds of claims and memorandums which are to be submitted before all grades of courts in UAE (court of the first instance – appeal – cassation) .
• Liaising with regulatory authorities (including but not limited to the department of economic development and related consumer protection agencies, commercial register, notary public, UAE municipalities and the ministries of commerce, labor, immigration, and tourism) for the licensing & registering new companies in the UAE and registration/renewal of trademarks and drafting Memorandum of understanding – company’s articles of association – and the necessary legal procedures to regulate the licensing and registering a new companies.
• Reviewing, Drafting, Editing and renewing various commercial, employment and financial contracts for the Mena region including but not limited to the shareholder agreement, franchise agreements, partnerships, joint venture, Stock purchase agreement, Release, Non-disclosure agreement, promissory note, leases, real estate transactions, non-compete agreements and contents of any power of attorney   Reviewing, Drafting, Editing and renewing various commercial, employment and financial contracts for the Mena region including but not limited to the shareholder agreement, franchise agreements, partnerships, joint venture, Stock purchase agreement, Release, Non-disclosure agreement, promissory note, leases, real estate transactions, non-compete agreements and contents of any power of attorney.
