Mr. Ali Mohamed El Hassan is a Senior Legal Consultant
licensed since 2015, with over a decade of experience in
litigation, legal consultancy, contract drafting, and dispute
resolution. He holds a Bachelor’s in Sharia and Law from
Omdurman Islamic University, a Postgraduate Diploma in
Commercial Law and Intellectual Property from the
University of Khartoum, and a Bar Quali cation in
Comparative Legal Systems covering both Common Law
and Civil Law traditions.
Since 2018, he has practiced across Sharjah, Fujairah, Dubai,
and Abu Dhabi, representing clients before UAE Federal
and Local Courts and regulatory bodies. Fluent in Arabic
and English, he is recognized for strategic legal thinking,
meticulous drafting, and expertise spanning civil,
commercial, criminal, corporate, labour, real estate,
banking, arbitration, and intellectual property law.
